We have 24/7 support to ensure that you are happy with your tutor, and all is well. If at any time there is an issue, we are here to help.
Always check with your home insurer to ensure that your policy covers the below articles. If it does not, we can assist you with a policy that will keep your home and contents protected in the event of accidental damage from the tutor.
Buildings & Contents
Tutor are all encouraged to purchase global health coverage, and any accidental health issues are not to be placed on the host.
For Tutors:
Travelling solo can be scary, but we've got you in mind.
We have protections for you in place that we only disclose via email to you. This way, only you, and not your host family, knows that you need to do and when in order to let us know you're safe and sound. If those actions aren't followed, we make sure you're safe by contacting you, your host and if needed, sending a team memeber to your host stay location.
Additionally, Global Health Insurance can be purchased from one of our global partners below. Packages be customized to your needs, and can include:
- Hopitalization for new and sudden illnesses
- Accidental injury claims resulting in hospital stays
- Damage to personal property
- Trip interuption
